Refund and Cancellation Policy

Brand: Travel Atlass IT Solution • Effective Date: 12 October 2026 • Website: https://itsolutions.travelatlass.com

1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and payments are handled for services provided by Travel Atlass IT Solution.

We provide website development, software and web application development, mobile application development, SEO, digital marketing, IT consulting, and technical maintenance.

Because IT projects differ in scope and complexity, payment schedules and specific cancellation terms will be agreed individually in the relevant quotation, invoice, or Client Service Agreement.

This policy is intended to provide a fair and transparent approach to cancellations while accounting for work already performed and costs already incurred.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed individually for each project.

Depending on the agreed arrangement, payment may be required in advance, at milestones, upon delivery, or according to another written schedule.

The applicable quotation or agreement will identify the charges, payment dates, and any agreed advance payment.

Work may be scheduled or commenced after the agreed initial payment and receipt of the information reasonably necessary to begin the project.

3. Client-Initiated Cancellations

A client may request cancellation by contacting us at support@itsolutions.travelatlass.com.

The cancellation request should include the client's name, project reference (if available), and a clear statement that cancellation is requested.

The cancellation will be reviewed against the applicable project agreement, the stage of work, payments already received, and costs already incurred.

3.1 Cancellation Before Work Begins

If the client cancels before any project work has started, we will generally refund the advance payment received, less any clearly disclosed, authorised, and non-recoverable third-party costs or other amounts lawfully payable under the agreed terms.

If no work has begun and no deductible costs or other amounts are due, the advance payment will ordinarily be refunded in full.

3.2 Cancellation After Work Has Started

If work has begun, the client will generally be charged for the work completed up to the effective cancellation date. This may include, as applicable:

  • Completed design, development, coding, configuration, or consulting work.
  • Completed and documented project milestones.
  • Work in progress reasonably attributable to the project.
  • Approved additional work.
  • Authorised third-party expenses that have already been incurred and cannot reasonably be recovered.

Where the amount already paid exceeds the charges properly due for completed work and authorised costs, the remaining balance will generally be refunded. Where the amount properly due exceeds the payments received, the client remains responsible for the outstanding balance.

3.3 Cancellation After Final Delivery

Once the agreed deliverables have been supplied and accepted, or the agreed service has been performed, payments for that completed work will generally not be refundable merely because the client changes their mind or no longer requires the service.

4. Refunds for Defective or Undelivered Work

If a deliverable materially fails to meet the agreed written specifications, the client should notify us with reasonable details of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will assess the issue and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct it. If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, or a refund is otherwise required by the applicable agreement or law, we will discuss an appropriate remedy, which may include a partial refund or another agreed resolution.

A minor issue that does not materially affect the agreed functionality will not automatically entitle the client to a full refund.

5. Domain, Hosting, and Third-Party Costs

Unless expressly included in a written quotation, the client is responsible for paying for domains, hosting, cloud services, premium themes, plugins, software licences, APIs, app store accounts, email services, advertising budgets, and other third-party services.

These charges are generally paid directly by the client to the relevant provider. Third-party charges already paid or committed may be non-refundable under the provider's own terms.

6. SEO and Digital Marketing Services

SEO and digital marketing services involve ongoing work and external factors that cannot be fully controlled. We do not guarantee particular search engine rankings, traffic volumes, leads, sales, revenue, advertising approvals, or other performance outcomes.

Fees for SEO audits, content work, campaign setup, completed optimisation, consulting, or other work already performed are generally non-refundable merely because expected rankings or business results have not occurred.

7. Maintenance and Consulting Services

Maintenance, technical support, and consulting may be billed as individual tasks, milestones, retainers, or recurring service periods, as agreed. Fees for completed maintenance tasks or consulting sessions are generally non-refundable once the agreed service has been performed.

8. Rescheduling and Pausing Projects

A client may request that a project be paused or rescheduled by providing written notice. We will consider the request based on current project commitments, resource availability, work completed, and any third-party dependencies.

9. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, we will communicate the amount and the expected processing method.

Refunds will ordinarily be issued through the original payment method where practical and supported. If that is not possible, an alternative lawful method may be agreed.

We will generally initiate an approved refund within 7–10 business days, unless the parties agree otherwise or exceptional circumstances apply.

The time taken for the funds to appear in the client's account may depend on the bank, payment gateway, or other payment provider and may be outside our control.

10. Non-Refundable Amounts and Legal Rights

Charges for completed work and authorised, non-recoverable third-party expenses may be deducted when calculating a refund, where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude mandatory consumer rights or other legal remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.
